ALL COMPETITION T’S & C’S

1. HOW TO ENTER

1.1 The competition will run every month from April 2023 to November 2023.
1.2 Entries received from the 01st of each month to the last day of that month will be eligible for that months prize.
1.3 Entrants must reside in South Africa to be eligible to win a prize.
1.4 Entries must be submitted via email to info@catalogue.spontexcleaning.co.za
1.5 Entries must clearly show a picture or screenshot of the Spontex hedgehog and the product it is featured with.
1.6 Three entries will be chosen to win a hamper in each months competition.
1.7 Winners names will be communicated on the 01st day of the month following the previous months competition. This communication will be sent to the e mail address against which the entry was submitted.
1.8 All winners will have to wait a period of 3 months before being eligible to win again.
1.9 Each winner will receive a gift hamper of Spontex products to the value of R500. The gift hamper is pre selected and cannot be altered.
1.10 By entering the competition, the entrant or entrants parent or guardian, consents to the publication and release of their name, words and any likeness or image, in any form of communication, marketing materials or social media networking profiles of Spontex Cleaning.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.2 “We” or “Spontex Cleaning” means The Concept Studio cc, registration number 1992/008614/23, with registered address at Unit E, 10 Kouga Street, Stikland, Bellville.
2.3 By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.4 Entrants younger than 18 years, must have a parent or guardian 18 years or older who must present a valid identity document or passport in order to claim their prize.
2.5 The prizes will be offered by Spontex Cleaning.
2.6 Employees of Spontex Cleaning, as well as employees or directors of the suppliers of prizes, and their respective close relatives, are not eligible to enter.
2.7 Spontex Cleaning reserves the right to withdraw choices advertised, and/or substitute prizes for such other award as may be comparable in kind and value.
2.8 Prizes are not transferable or negotiable. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. Products may not be substituted.
2.9 These terms and conditions may be modified or superseded by Spontex Cleaning, within its reasonable discretion, and if we do so, we will announce our decision using communication methods that we determine will reach a majority of potential participants.
2.10 Spontex Cleaning’s decisions in respect of these terms and conditions, the selection of the winners, and the prizes are final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
